SceneAddRenderingLayerAfter Method

Adds the newRenderLayer after the already registered afterRenderLayer. If rendering layer is MaterialSortedRenderingLayer or CameraDistanceSortedRenderingLayer, then also its IsSortingEnabled property is set according to the current settings.

newRenderingLayer  RenderingLayer
RenderingLayer to add
afterRenderingLayer  RenderingLayer
