Windows installer

Windows installer for a 60-day evaluation of most AB4D products (all except Ab4d.SharpEngine that is distributed only as NuGet package).
Installer contains .NET 4.0, 4.5+, Core 3.1, .NET 5.0, .NET 6.0 and .NET 8.0 assemblies, sample projects and offline help files.
Note: Assemblies in windows installer use different licensing method as assemblies from NuGet.
