VulkanDeviceGlobalDynamicStates Field

GlobalDynamicStates defines static array with dynamic states that are used by all pipelines. By default Viewport and Scissor dynamic states are used. Additional dynamic states can be added to specific pipelines by adding them to the EffectTechnique.[!:EffectTechnique.AdditionalDynamicStates] property.
