HiddenLineMaterialLinePatternOffset Property

Gets a pattern offset. This value is usually between 0 and 1 - 0 value means no offset, 1 means offset for the whole patter which is the same as no offset. Value 0.1 means that the line will begin with the pattern advanced by 10%.
