vertexBufferArray  T
array of T structs that define the vertex buffer
indexBufferArray  Int32
array that is used to define the index buffer
inputLayoutType  InputLayoutType
InputLayoutType
name  String  (Optional)

createDynamicVertexBuffer  Boolean  (Optional)
when true the vertex buffer is created as a dynamic buffer (can provide slightly better performance for cases when vertex buffer is updated very often)
createDynamicIndexBuffer  Boolean  (Optional)
when true the index buffer is created as a dynamic buffer (can provide slightly better performance for cases when index buffer is updated very often)
