RecreateMesh disposes the existing VertexBuffers and IndexBuffer and recreates the buffers.

Parameters
- recreateVertexBuffer Boolean (Optional)
- when true the vertex buffer is re-created (or updated in case of dynamic vertex buffer)
- recreateIndexBuffer Boolean (Optional)
- when true the index buffer is re.created
- updateBounds Boolean (Optional)
- when true the bounds are re-calculated
