Parameters
- constantBuffer Buffer
- constant buffer
- slot Int32
- slot number
- forceOverrideExistingBuffer Boolean (Optional)
- if true (by default) the constant buffer is set even if the reference for the existing constant buffer is the same - the values inside constant buffer are not checked for equality
